Описание: Не поддерживается русский язык Hey look, it’s Oh, Deer! This is a video game about drifting your station wagon along the Perfect Line to Grandma’s House. Is it a metaphor for the futility of human existence? Is it a militant vegan parable? Is it a crass advertisement for family automobiles? Let the mystery unfold before you. If you want us to get literal about it, this is a pseudo 3D driving game! It's 100% 2D, no 3D fakery in here. We place a heavy emphasis on drifting, but then there are the deer – you can hit them all (;_;) or avoid them all! (^_^) We've also got a survival mode – this takes sections of track and mixes and matches them, for thousands of combinations across each new playthrough! You just play til you run out of gas, and see how far you can get! Oh, Deer! is a driving game, more than a racing game! Remember games like… Outrun? Hard Drivin'? Roadblasters? Those games weren't about racing other cars, they were about getting somewhere, and enjoying the ride, and maybe getting a high score while you were at it. That's the kind of game we wanted to play, so it's the game we made. To sum up, it's an arcade driving game with an emphasis on precise drifting, and blastery tunes. Speaking of which! Did you know that Motohiro Kawashima made our soundtrack? If his name doesn’t ring a bell, he did the music for Streets of Rage 3! The best Streets of Rage that ever there was! Oh, Deer! is the first game he's been lead composer on since then! Crazy! But yeah! Oh, Deer! is a video game. Hit all the deer or avoid all the deer! We can't tell you how to live your life! Honk honk!! ABOUT THE BETA: The beta is designed to feel like a polished, finished product. With the main score attack mode, and a survival mode that randomly mixes and matches chunks of levels, we feel there's a lot of replay value here for your $6.66! So we're hoping you'll enjoy it for what it is! That said, this is indeed a beta version of a bigger game we want to finish, so by purchasing it now, you'll be investing in the future of the game. You'll eventually be given the final, finished version of this game, which will cost about twice as much! Think of all the money you'll save! But we make no guarantees about when the game will be “finished” - it's likely to be *at least* a year from now, because we need the money to finish it first, and pixel art is incredibly time consuming! For the final game, the more deer you hit, the more dark and disturbing the graphics will get. The more you avoid, the lighter and fluffier it'll get! Fun! But right now, only the music does that. We'll also add things like car customizations, more tracks, ghost mode, et cetera. But that's only if we get the money to finish it! But we want to be clear – don't necessarily expect the final game to come soon, or for there to be many updates in between. For us this is an all-or-nothing project, but we really think you'll enjoy what we've got available already! OH, DEER!
