И даже после успешного завершения очередного боя не стоит расслабляться, так как пришельцы постоянно эволюционируют и приспосабливаются к вашей тактике – нужно быть готовым к любым неожиданным сюрпризам. В Infested Planet игроков ждут тактические бои в реальном времени, продолжительная кампания, процедурно-генерируемые карты, система случайных мутаций, 21 вид человеческого оружия и построек, 33 инопланетные мутации, а также бои с тысячами врагов одновременно.
