PMDG DC-6 for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 + 2024 Version - 2.0.52 MSFS2020 - copy the "pmdg-aircraft-dc6" add-on folder into your MSFS Community folder... right-click on "ACTIVATE.bat" -> "Run as administrator" If "ACTIVATE.bat" fails, follow these steps to manually activate the aircraft: 1. Locate the "userprefs.dat" file inside the add-on folder 2. Depending on what version of MSFS you use, copy the "userprefs.dat" file to the following location (create directories manually as needed): MSFS Steam version -> "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\pmdg-aircraft-dc6\work\Aircraft\userprefs.dat" MSFS Microsoft Store version -> "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\Packages\pmdg-aircraft-dc6\work\Aircraft\userprefs.dat" MSFS2024 - copy the "pmdg-aircraft-dc6" add-on folder into your MSFS2024 Community folder. copy userprefs.dat from this folder, past to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2020\pmdg-aircraft-dc6\work\Aircraft\userprefs.dat You may need to run the sim once after copying folder to community to allow the sim to create the folder above. then put userprefs.dat in that folder
