Приложение позволяет создавать коммерческие предложения для ваших клиентов на лету с последующим экспортом предложения в формат MS Excel. Предложение после экспорта оформлено в удобном формате, имеет Итоговый лист с перечислением всех разделов (систем) и отдельно спецификаций с перечнем материалов и услуг. Ценовая политика стоимости оборудования, материалов и работ сразу представлена в виде ссылок на другие листы и прописанных формул общей суммы предложения и других показателей. Также автоматически добавлены скрытые колонки, с ценами входа, которые не должен видеть заказчик, для экономической оценки предложения и понимания доходности предложения (например для оценки и согласования с руководителем).

The application allows you to create commercial proposals for your clients on the fly and then export the proposal to MS Excel format. After export, the proposal is drawn up in a convenient format, has a Final Sheet listing all sections (systems) and separately specifications with a list of materials and services. The pricing policy for the cost of equipment, materials and work is immediately presented in the form of links to other sheets and prescribed formulas for the total amount of the proposal and other indicators. Also, hidden columns were automatically added, with entry prices that the customer should not see, for the economic assessment of the proposal and understanding the profitability of the proposal (for example, for evaluation and approval with the manager).
