- IAS/MACH function fix
- Added blocking lights from the cabin to the cockpit when the curtain is closed

- Added some minor 3d objects that got missing during xp9-xp10-xp11 update, like tail light projectors and wing fuel caps
- Fixed DCU buttons don't mute annunciator/warning sounds
- Enable bleed air automatically is the plane was loaded at altitude
- Fixed default engine starter commands don't start engines (no ignition)
- Fixed main menu click spot, will save its position when draging
- Disabling cockpit glass now also disables displays reflection
