Я не профи в виртуализации и настройках OS X. Делал для себя, чтобы быстро скачать запустить OS X в актуальной версии VirtualBox
Под Имеющиеся на трекере приходилось или занижать версию Vbox или ребутиться в винду и ковырять настройки VMvare
