Возможные проблемы:

1. Не воспроизводится вступительное видео. Проблема, конечно, не в переводе.
Решение: Обновить игру до последней версии или скачать кодек VP9: https://vp9-video-extensions.ru.uptodown.com/windows/download
Установить из PowerShell: add-appxpackage "ПУТЬ ДО\vp9-video-extensions-1-2-2-0.appxbundle"
2. Как переключиться на английский язык?
Выбрать французский язык.
