Встраиваемый инструмент для выключения/включения защитника без перезагрузки (отрабатывает тихо).
Тихий инсталлятор добавит в старт меню - спец.возможности - ярлык вкл/выкл защитника в зависимости от его состояния.
Удаление - в параметры - приложения - Defender ON OFF.

Доп. информация

Состоит из двух утилит - PsKill и PowerRun и моего батника.
