Проект не так прост, и требуются хотя бы базовые знания АЕ и работы плагина Element 3D.
Так же не забываем перед открытием проекта скопировать папку SRC_3D_WORLDMAP в модели Element 3D, которая находится как правило по пути:
Documents/VideoCopilot/Models ..... только после этого можно запускать проект. А вообще смотрим хэлп.... там всё нарисовано!
