Запустите инсталляционный файл, например, mes-01.exe, затем соотв. таблетку (reg-01.exe). Если таблетка не запускается, установите MS Visual C++ 2008 SP1 runtime (файл vcredist_x86.exe включен в раздачу). Когда таблетка отработает, запустите инсталлированный софт и используйте соотв. регистрационный номер (в данном случае, из файла serial-01.txt), чтобы зарегистрировать программу (на любое имя).
