Описание: Версия Delphi Community Edition не поддерживает компиляцию из командной строки и как следствие при установки компонентов неиз среды получаем сообщение "Delphi 10.4 This version of the product does not support command line compiling."
Данная раздача решает это проблему, требуется:
  • заменить файлы из раздачи в вашей папки [path]/21.0/bin/;
  • Если среа стоит не в папке "c:\program files (x86)\embarcadero\studio\21.0", тооткрыть все файлы dcc*.cfg на редактирования и заменить пути на ваши.
    Файлы взаты из раздачи
    Решение подойдет для любой версии Delphi 10.4.X CC, у меня последняя версия и последний патч
