Scenarist SD 3.4.3 includes the following outstanding issues, some of which have workarounds: Multiplexing and creating PlantDirect images In some rare instances it has been observed that creating a 2054 bytes per sector discimage and PlantDirect image may lead to corruption of the output files. It is highly recommended to delete all contents of the target folder before performing the final multiplex. In particular the contents of the mux_data folder needs to be deleted prior to the final mux which is being used for creating a PlantDirect image. User Guide The User Guide does not currently contain guidance on THX Media Director™. Please contact your support representative for advice on using this feature. Writing Layer 1 only to DLT produces unpredictable results. The function is temporarily disabled. Sort Tracks When using the Sort Tracks dialog, the displayed sizes for Layer 0 and Layer 1 are only estimates. This could result in a faulty disc where the Layer 0 size may be exceeded (even though the displayed size is 95%). Workaround: Multiplex all tracks for more precise calculations of layer sizes in the Sort Tracks dialog. Multiple Subtitles in 16:9 Projects In some instances, subtitle mapping is incorrect when using the same language names with 16:9 projects. Workaround: In the Scenario Editor, select the PGC, double-click the Subpicture Attributes entry in the Property Browser, and correct the mapping manually. Still Image Encoding Regardless of the Bit Rate setting in the Default Settings dialog, a still backgrounds are always encoded at the highest quality. Workaround: None. Scenarist SD Help After searching for topics in the Scenarist SD help file, double-clicking a topic from the Search tab may in some instances cause a crash. Workaround: Select Options > Search Highlight Off in the help application. MID Support The MID premastering option has been disabled. Copying PGCs Copying and pasting a large number of PGCs in the Scenario Editor may cause a crash. Workaround: After copying or cutting the PGCs, wait until the cursor no longer displays the Eraser symbol (diamond) before pasting. Exporting Enhanced DVD Projects Exporting Enhanced DVD projects to archive or tape fails. Workaround: Set the Format type in the Layout Editor to DVD Video and export the video portion only.

Resolved Issues in Scenarist SD 3.3 • It is now possible to offset audio streams in a drop frame track by entering a new start time to Video. • The Drop Type of a video asset is now automatically detected upon import. • Scenarist SD no longer hangs when trying to import an invalid CSV or EPX file. • When importing chapter stops from a CSV of EPX (StreamData) file into a Drop Frame track the chapters are now placed correctly. • It is no longer possible to import non-drop frame subtitle scripts into a drop frame track and vice versa. • When importing subtitles via SST scripts into a drop frame track the subtitle’s start time is now identical with the value in the SST file. • When starting Simulation the ‘Object Design’ Window is now correctly placed on top of the simulation window. • Subtitles no longer display in simulation when the value of SPRM2 is less than 64. The user will be prompted to re-insert the dongle.

It continues to support the older green USB Dongle (KeyLok) and the parallel port dongle. If an older dongle (green USB or parallel port) is detected it will be used to activate the application. If not, the Sentinel Dongle will be used. Authoring • When creating buttons on a widescreen menu the button coordinates for Letterbox and PanScan display modes are automatically calculated. • Parental Settings of a DVD Player can now be simulated. • When selecting a Target Directory for multiplexing it is now possible to create new folders.

Попробуйте,переведите дату ярлыка на 16\05\2013 18:39:17, например,запустите по ярлыку, у вас появится вот такое окно Кнопка "Extend Now" означает "продлить снова",это значит ввести новый ключ,но мы нажимаем "Remind Me Later" ,т.е. напомнить позже ,сценарист запустится ,признак того ,что он запустился ,появление окна «Scenarist Project Manager» Далее.Попробуем уйти в будущее и накатать дату 16\05\2013 23:39:17,то есть часы поставить с 18:39:17 на 23:39:17 Что мы увидим если запустим "срок действия истек" ,отфутболят в службу поддержки Sonic® за переактивацией И естественно появится вот такое окно ,для ввода нового ключа ,который вам пришлет любезно компания Sonic®. Соответственно что после истечения срока действия лицензии ,мы будем производить обратный процесс, возвращаться например на дату установки сценариста,ее можно увидеть в свойствах папки или в проводнике.

Мой совет по DVB MPEG-2 (DVB-S,DVB-T,DVB-C,DVB-IPTV) в DVD-Video без пережатия
Сейчас много развелось способов получить видеофайлTSиз различныхDVBвещаний, если это вещание ведется вSDTV MPEG-2,то можно этот материал записать наDVDдиск ,чтобы просматривать в дальнейшем на бытовом плеере например.Но плеер такие файлы воспроизводить не будет ,так как это тип неprogram streamкоторый требуетDVDплеер ,аtransport stream, к тому же чтобы было удобно воспроизводить видеоматериал полученнный изDVBтрансляции, его лучше собрать в форматDVD-Video. Зачем это надо? Ну как минимум например вы можете в программеScenarist SDзаранее запрограммировать в материал расположение глав,чтобы не перематывать впоследствии вручную на плейере,в поисках нужной сцены.Также удобно встроить удобную навигацию по списку воспроизведения,т.е. меню так называемое, визуально это удобнее чем копаться по файловой системе диска искать нужный файл .Иногда нужно человеку дать диск,который не поймет как его включить и прочее,DVD-Videoупрощает ситуацию,можно навигацию сделать крупным шрифтом для слабовидящих ,можно субтитры вшить и так далее.Вобщем информация тем кто делает записи любимых передач сDVB,чтобы преобразовать их в доступный форматDVD-Videoбез пережатия. Важно понимать ,чтоDVD-Video- этоSDTV MPEG-2 нижеперечисленные типы трансляций обычно ведутся вMPEG-2 DVB-S (Цифровое спутниковое ТВ) DVB-T (Цифровое эфирное ТВ) DVB-C (Цифровое кабельное ТВ) DVB-IPTV (IP-телевидение) Второе поколениеDVBкасаетсяHDTV H.264/MPEG-4,т.е. с добавлением двойкиDVB-S2и.т.д. и не совместимо сDVD-Video. Scenarist SDпринимает файл не целиком а разбитый на элементарные потоки ,т.е. видео и аудио.Чтобы получить потоки изDVB-TSс исправлением ошибок ,понадобится программкаProjectX Скачиваем эту маленькую программку,которая изначально скомпилированна вJAVAприложение, она написана наJAVAязыке а не на языкеC++и т.п. , поэтому в средеWindowsона работать не будет, нам необходимо скачать оболочкуJAVA,чтобыProjectXили подобные программы смогли работать в средеWindows. Перед тем как извлекать файлTSна потоки измените в настройках программы параметр связанный сmp2.Перейдите: PreSettings->PreSettings (или Ctrl+S),вкладкаaudio->В разделеaudio manipulations (demultiplex)убрать галочку изremove CRC in MPEG-Audio L1,2 По умолчанию программа уже настроена на демультиплексирование ,выводит видеопоток.m2vи аудиопоток если этоmpegто.mp2 Добавить исходный файл можно способомDrag-and-drop, перетащив файлDVB-TSлевой кнопкой мышки на таблицу в окне программы Можно на таблицу добавить и несколько файлов ,чтобы на выходе они были обьединены в один единый видеопоток Папку вывода исправленных потоков можно указать нажав на зеленый плюсикrecent output directories Во вкладкеCutControlможно заранее указать ненужное видео,т.е. вырезать на выходном файле ненужные фрагменты.Ползунком Найти место, точку края нужного кадра и нажать плюсик наCut Points,а затем пройдя ползунком найти точку следующего нужного края ,после чего опять нажав плюсик, в итоге в окне просмотра полоса нужной части видео будет зеленой ,а другая часть не подсвеченная зеленым будет вырезана.Вообще в окнеNavigationможно покадрово перемещаться,чтобы подойти более точно к нужной точке. Чтобы продолжить работу в программе уже с другими файлами ,удалите предыдущие файлыDVB-TSиз программы кнопкой с розовым минусом в окнеCollection.На выходе может оказаться не одна аудиодорожка если вещание например велось на нескольких языках, поэтому решаете вы какую из них вы удалите а какую оставите для проектаDVD-Video, так же могут быть файлы RIP-ленных данных субтитров ,но то отдельная история распознания и подготовка для сценариста,далее логи все можно удалить, оставить только материал аудио и видео. Итак мы имеем файлы но столкнулись спроблемами вScenarist SD ПроблемаError :Number of fields (__) in GOP(# ___) or between sequence_header_code should be equal or smaller than 30. Часто случается ,чтоTSимеет несовместимую по спецификацииDVD-VideoструктуруGOPкадров, поэтому тут понадобится другая очень полезная и уникальная в своем роде программаMPEG Video Wizard DVD, у нее естьGOP-корректировщик. Идем вменю инструменты (иконка рожковый ключ)-> Корректировщик GOP,выбираем исходникm2v(в проводнике отображение типов ALL поставьте) ,далее ставим галочку на "Исправление ошибок размера GOP для совместимости с DVD" и "Пуск".Исправленный файл будет иметь приставку в названииfix_ . ПроблемаError :Picture resolution(528 x 576) is wrong. DVBпотоки часто имеют несовместимое разрешение экрана сDVD-Videoспецификацией например528х576или544х576. Понятное делоScenarist SDтакие потоки не примет.Тут можно провернуть колдовской танец с бубном.Берем программкуDVDPatcher, добавляем в нее видеопоток например пусть будет это544х720,ставим в параметреHorizontal Size Pixelsв720(DVD,DVB)и в параметреPatchустанавливаемEntire file(Можно конечно поставить иFirst header only,но версияScenarist SD 3.4.3не принимает такой поток ), смысл в том,что после компиляцииDVD-Videoвы просто пропатчите обратно тем же фокусомDVDPatcher-а из720х576в544х576но уже файлыVOBа неm2v. Тут понятное дело, если вы имели наборDVB-TSпотоков разных транслирующих каналов с разными разрешениями ,например352х576 , 528х576и720х576и хотите их сделать на одномDVDдиске ,то по логике вещей понятное дело вам нужно размещать в таком случае видеофайлы в разные разделыVTSпроектируяDVDвScenarist-е ,и в данном случае их будет три. ПроблемаErrorMPEG audio file "D:\DVD\Audio.mp2" must be encoded with CRC on. Еще несмотря на все случается так ,чтоScenaristне принимает аудио-потокmpeg.Обманем его, беремHEX-редактор, ну напримерHex Editor Neo,открываем в нем неправильный аудиофайл и видим первые два байтаff fdизменяемdнас,чтобы приняло видff fc,сохраняем файл как audio.mp2.Можно конечно просто пропатчить исходный файл не сохраняя новый,но это уже после того как опыта наберетесь ,в противном случае вы рискуете испортить аудиодорожку. ПроблемаErrorThe number(33.0) of frame in the last VOBU of a CELL is more than 30.00 (around 00:02:24;13). Удалите ближайшую главу дорожки и передвиньте ее на место о котором говоритScenarist SD.В данном случае на00:02:24;13 И еще... совет, если у вас к примеру болванка размером4,38 Гб, то аудио-видеоматериал полученный на входе при минимальном статическим меню не должен быть размером более4,20 Гб. Иначе рискуете на выходе получить размер превышающий размер болванкиDVD-R/DVD-RW. Например я сделал проект,в нем общая сумма аудио-видеоматериала составила4,20 Гб, в проекте установил4-5 VTS + VMGв каждом из которых имелось меню иPTTстатичных меню без аудио-украшений , на выходе я получил диск размером4.37 Gb. Отрезать кусочки материала можно вMPEG Video Wizard DVD. P.S. Может быть скрины добавлю потом или еще какую нибудь информацию
Ошибка THX Media Director в версии Scenarist SD 3.43.3 и ее решение
ПроблемаErrorCOM Error in THX_MediaDirector05 На панели Меню нажмите Settings->Project Settings... в Property Browser (F3) появится окно Project Info, двойным кликом мыши нажмите на Disc Information.Снимите галочку с Include THX Media Director Information
