Как установить аддон через Package Manager?

Запускайте Railworks и перейдите во вкладку "Package Manager"

В правой колонке перечислены все установленные вами аддоны. В левой - папки и файлы составляющие выбранный аддон.
Нажимайте кнопку "Install" и указывайте путь к файлам аддона (.rpk или .rwp)

После процесса установки, аддон появиться в списке установленных. Всё, можно играть.

The Armstrong Powerhouse presents a scenario pack dedicated to the popular class 37. This pack is based on the colourful post privitisation era and makes full use of RailSimulator.com's Class 37 Pack Add-on as well as a multitude of different liveries finished to a high standard courtesy of David Hossack. These six scenarios really allow you to give this loco a good work-out and is the perfect complement to the Class 37 sound pack.
Each scenario uses the timetable of its relevant year to create an as realistic experience as possible. As well as this, most trains have their time of leaving, origin and destination so you can see which train is which!
Each scenario has been made to try and be as interesting as possible whilst retaining realism. A brief outline of each scenario can be had by clicking here.
All efforts have been made to ensure these scenarios work properly but there is a small possibility that one scenario may not work on a particular setup and if so we will try our best to fix it.

RS.com Class 66 (Steam version) OR RSDL UK Wagon Pack 01 (imported from Rail Simulator) AND RS.com Class 66 (imported from Rail Simulator)
