1 - with CDBurnerXP make a real CD Disck from CD directory
Run only in XP!!!! only on real disk, placed in the CD device!!!
does not run on high version, does not run on an emulator!!
only on real CD!!! in XP!!!
 2 - Create a virtual machine with Oracle VM VirtualBox.
 3 - Install Win XP on virtual machine!
 4 - Insert the disc into the CD-DVD drive,
and Start CD from virtual machine.
