Установка:
1)Качаем МОД.
2)В папке два exe файлы X-1021-10-0-1563376755t (Part 1) The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project (Part 2) (думаю очерёдность понятна)
3)Запускаем Part 1 (и кидаем в Ваш Диск:\Games\The Witcher 3 - Wild Hunt\mods в папку модс,ждём,после устанавливаем туда же часть Part 2)
